This is the question on the mind of every highly skilled yet highly frustrated Nigerian worker who has excitedly jumped at remote opportunities that seemed a great fit, only to hear back after applying, that the company doesn't hire Nigerians, or as it's politely put to avoid lawsuits, they're looking for someone in the North American / Europe timezone.

I feel this pain, and having been privileged to work remotely for some great companies in both Nigeria and America, it's my greatest wish for Nigerians who have the skills, the talent, and the drive, to not be held back by their geography in getting good remote jobs.

So I created this site.
